What do I know?
Not everything, that's for sure! But I have been in the business of thought leadership, strategic organizational transformation, program management, customer success, and engagement management long enough that if I don't know the answer, I know where to get it.
I'm a strategic leader with 20+ years building world-class teams, managing complex portfolios, and transforming how organizations engage customers.
I lead global program teams and drive alignment between delivery and customer success. I specialize in scaling operations, reducing risk, and building cultures where teams and customers thrive.
But more importantly to me are the people. The people I have mentored or led, the people I have challenged and been challenged by, the people who made me who I am now. I am pulling all this experience together, and I want to share it with you.
